As CEO I am responsible for providing overall direction and leadership of the organisation, making major corporate decisions, serving as the public face of the company, managing the company’s finances, overseeing the work of other executives and the management of the company’s employees, and focusing on the company’s growth and development.
As Operations Director, Jermaine has overall responsibility for the delivery of housing management services to our residents. As well as ensuring that our residents receive a high-quality service, he is responsible for promoting tenant empowerment, community engagement and community development to enrich and transform our communities.
As Director of Finance, Angel is a member of the senior executive team who manages all aspects of a company's financial health and long-term growth. Angel is also responsible for establishing and maintaining the company’s financial strategy and to oversee the finance and accounting operations.
Robert is responsible for overseeing the strategic management of the housing assets, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and driving continuous improvement in the asset management practices.
Kate is responsible for the delivery of a comprehensive and responsive housing management service to the Society’s tenants across our full housing stock. She is supported by our Housing & Income Officer and our repairs and maintenance staff.
Jennifer’s responsibility is to help our residents live independently, comfortably and securely. She completes resident assessments to assess the residents supports needs, liaises with agencies for ensuring compliance is delivered across our Independent Living Schemes. She is also responsible for any Health & Safety requirements and to reassure residents continue to be self-sufficient.
Fran ensures that the business operates within its governance aims. She facilitates and supports the Senior Management Team and Radcliffe’s Board. Fran is also responsible for facilitating governance, technology infrastructure and data requests, and to satisfy any requirements under GDPR.
Jo is responsible for managing income collection work in accordance with Radcliffe’s policies, procedures, and targets. This includes assisting tenants who find themselves in financial difficulties.
Sally is responsible for supporting our Finance Director in the day-to-day finance and administration across our Housing Stock.
Jacqui is our first point of contact for all resident interactions. She is responsible for managing our voids, allocations, and lettings processes. This also includes facilitating mutual exchanges and ensuring we meet our nomination agreements with our respective Local Authority partners.
Max is responsible for the delivery of responsive and void works across our housing stock. He ensures compliance with relevant Health and Safety requirements and reviews compliancy checks and audits to ensure that the work is up to date.
