Emergency Details

The office is open from 9.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

If you have a genuine out-of-hours emergency – for example fire, flood or your home is insecure – please call our main number – 01732 459144 – where you will be redirected to the Careium out-of-hours emergency service.

Please note:

If the call-out is found not to be an emergency you will be recharged for the cost of the call-out.
