Radcliffe Housing Society will carry out a tenant satisfaction survey to ensure we understand the needs of our tenants. Tenant feedback is vital to ensure we have continuous improvement of our services, and it helps us understand what is most important to you, and where we should focus our efforts and resources.
Like last time in January 2024, this survey will again be carried out by Acuity on behalf of Radcliffe Housing Society starting 19 January 2026. The exercise is a general satisfaction survey (perception survey) asking tenants what they think about their home and the housing services provided by Radcliffe Housing Society. The survey is similar to other surveys carried out in the past and is based on standardised questions used by other landlords.
Acuity provides tenant satisfaction surveys and benchmarking services, helping housing providers to improve services and engage with their residents through an understanding of satisfaction, performance and profiling data.
We would encourage you to take part and there are a couple of ways you can do so:
- Completing the survey online: Acuity will send an SMS text message or an email to residents containing a link inviting tenants to complete the survey online.
- Telephone surveys – Acuity may call tenants inviting them to complete the survey with a telephone interviewer. If you receive a call from Acuity, the number displayed will be one which is from a local area code, 0203 769 1981. There is no cost to you for accepting this call.
If you agree to participate in this survey, your answers will remain completely confidential and will not be known to our staff, unless you explicitly consent to Acuity passing your details on to Radcliffe, if for example, you raise an issue, which you would like us to resolve.
We will publicly share the overall findings of the surveys through a widely available report, the resident newsletters and on our website. We will also randomly select two tenants to receive a £25 Amazon voucher for taking part!
