Following a very dry spring and continued hot weather, a hosepipe ban is now in force for Thames Water and South East Water customers.
Until further notice you must not use hosepipes, sprinklers and pressure washers.
You must not use hosepipes, sprinklers or pressure washers to:
- water your garden, lawn or allotments
- fill paddling pools, swimming pools or hot tubs
- clean vehicles, patios, paths, driveways, walls, windows or any outdoor areas
You can still use watering cans, buckets and water butts.
